There may have already been attempts at incorporating virtual reality into the world of business. However, none have been successful enough to provide useful and lasting results. This is not the case for Tsunami VR. Tsunami Vr is a software company that help businesses find new and better solutions for their existing problems. Alex Hern is the co-founder, co-chairman and co-chief executive officer at Tsunami Vr. The organization is already experienced in providing virtual reality solutions to many industries such as the
- Construction Industry.
- The Manufacturing Industry.
- The Automotive Industry.
- The Energy Industry.
- The Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry.
- The Aerospace and Defense Industry.
Alex Hern and Tsunami have already proved the efficiency of their products by trial. Tsunami recently partnered up with an energy company to test the capabilities of the virtual reality applications in a real world situation. The energy company’s employees used a HoloLens headset to change out a pneumatic drill component. This process usually lasts about two hours. With the use of the technology provided by Tsunami, the employees were able to change out the component in about fifteen minutes. Read more about Alex Hern at bloomberg.com.
The mobile phone industry has already attempted to incorporate virtual reality into the everyday use of the mobile smartphone. The current combination of virtual reality and smartphones has not had the attempted success results. This is because of two reasons. Firstly, the weight distribution is way off. The smartphone was not designed for virtual reality and that fact is self evident with the lack of customer satisfaction. The second reason of the battery life. Again, the smartphone was not designed for virtual reality and thus, it cannot properly sustain the energy consumption of the hardware and software that is required for the use of virtual reality.
