Dick DeVos is an entrepreneur-businessman from dealing with consumer goods distribution. The son of Amway, the co-founder of the successful family business in Grand Rapids, Michigan, U.S. In 2012, he was ranked the 67th richest person in the United States. He started his business career working in executive positions in Amway, the NBA’s Orlando Magic, and currently the President of the Windquest Group. Dick served as the President in Amway for more than ten years and the CEO of Orlando Magic for three years.
DeVos earned his Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northwood University. He attended Harvard Business School and the Wharton School of Executive study program but did not graduate. Dick has been honored with several doctorates from Grove City University. Central Michigan University, and Northwood University. He started his career in 1974 with Amway Corporation and served as head of various departments. DeVos is married to Betsy Prince, the former Michigan Republican Party Chairperson.
Dick DeVos has appointed a new CEO to lead The Stow Company Inc. The company is one of the largest specialized in custom home storage and business-to-business products sector. The Stow Company Inc is a part of the Windquest Group, the Grand Rapids-based holdings group of Amway mogul and his wife, Betsy. Stow Company has pioneered in manufacturing facilities and marketing their products under four brands.
Phil Dolci, the newly hired CEO of the Stow Company, is the distinguished leader with more than 20 years of experience. Phil succeeds Newman, who will be retiring but continue serving the company in the board. He is the former CEO of Crosman Corporation, a leading global designer, manufacturer and a supplier of sports products based in Cincinnati.
Dolci was brought on board by the high-profile couple to head The Stow Company for his extensive experience in consumer goods manufacturing and marketing. Phil is an MBA holder from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a graduate in economics from the University of Chicago.
Dolci will oversee and promote the Stow Company brands which include ORG home custom solutions, EasyClosets do-it-yourself, Easy modular storage systems, and unique wine cellars. DeVos believes Phil’s exemplary leadership and managerial prowess is what The Stow Company requires for continued growth and its existence.
