At InnovaCare Health, Dr. Rick Shinto has taken up the posts of president and chief executive officer. And these aren’t his first appointments. He’s been working in the healthcare profession for over 20 years. Not only has he been a practitioner who knows the ins and outs of working with patients, but he also has the leadership experience. He started as an internist and pulmonologist after completing his medical degree. After that, he earned his M.B.A. Since then, he’s worked for companies like MedPartners and Cal Optima Health Plan. Through some of his work experiences, he’s come to focus on physician-led models that improve finances and patient satisfaction. He’s also won the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and the Top 25 Minority Executives in Healthcare.

Leader, Penelope Kokkinides

Penelope Kokkinides also has many credits to her name. She focuses on ways to provide quality care to those who otherwise don’t have access. She does this through government-run programs and technology. At InnovaCare, she’s the chief administrative officer, but she’s has many other roles, as well. She’s worked for Touchstone Health and Centerlight HealthCare, among several other companies. Through this experience, she’s been able to hone the skills necessary to improve efficiency and organization’s structures. She also holds several degrees in related fields that have helped prepare her for this role. Through her master’s degree in social work and her other master’s degree in public health, she has the knowledge to meet the challenges of today’s healthcare system.

InnovaCare is also committed to helping people when they need it most. That’s why InnovaCare Health went to Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria hit. InnovaCare Health provided clean water and medical care to the many patients living in Puerto Rico.

GreenSky Is Redefining The Home Improvement Loan

Did you know that Americans spent hundreds of billions of dollars on home improvements in 2017 alone? The sad fact is that most of those Americans did not have the required funding to do those improvements on their own. They had to find some way to borrow money in order to make those adjustments to their home. That being said, it is well worth the money to most people if they were able to add value to their home in the long run. Finding funding is the hardest part of this entire process. That is where a new app by the name of GreenSky has come into play.

This particular company has not been in business for an extremely long time, but their ideas are fresh and raising a lot of interest both on Main Street and Wall Street. The venture has been so successful up to this point that GreenSky even decided to go public. When they released their initial public offering their expectations were set to sell approximately 34 million shares on their first day of trading. Investors were so excited to buy into this hot new company that they were able to sell more than 4 million additional shares over the amount that they expected. In total this generated hundreds of millions of dollars of much-needed capital to help to continue to grow GreenSky.

You wouldn’t realize all of this by speaking to the CEO and founder of the company, David Zalik. He is the kind of person that is not likely to grab the spotlight for himself. Instead, he was focused for the last decade or so on helping to build this company up from nothing to the multimillion-dollar enterprise that it is today. You have to give the man a lot of credit for all the work that he has been able to accomplish up to this point. There are already nearly 2 million people who can count themselves as customers of GreenSky. Borrowing for a home improvement has never been easier thanks to GreenSky, and this is just the beginning. The same company is preparing to offer more services in the years to come. They have already begun to do so in the healthcare sector. We can only assume what they might reach for next.

OSI Group McDonalds Installs a Multi-million Production Line in Spain.

OSI Group McDonalds has many plants worldwide, and it recently revamped its plant in Toledo, Spain that specializes in the processing of chicken products. Before the expansion, the plant’s chicken production was twelve thousand tons annually, but the production doubled to twenty-four thousand tons annually after the upgrade. The whole process cost the company €17 Million and created twenty more job opportunities for the existing one hundred and forty. OSI Food Solutions (OSI Group McDonalds) created a new position of product development manager. The person to occupy the new position would be a skilled and a focused person to develop new products and improve the existing ones. The manager would use the new kitchen to do the sampling of the products. Additionally, after the upgrade, the plant would produce forty-five thousand tons annually in total. OSI Group McDonalds, OSI Food Solutions Spain Managing Director, José María del Río noted that the demand for chicken products in Portugal and Spain grew at a breakneck pace. He pointed out that the growth rate in the last decade rose by six percent annually but for the previous three years, the growth in three years hit eight percent annually. He said that the rise in demand for these products would continue. The new production line is 22,600 square feet that contain refrigerated rooms for the storage of waste containers, production hall, a storage area for the supplies, dispatch space, and products receiving area. The facility has an employee lounge, hot water storage containers, and Nitrogen containers.

The President and Chief Operating Officer of OSI Group McDonalds, David McDonald noted that the expansion was part of the company’s agenda to add more products to its portfolio. He was also happy because the process created more job opportunities hence boosting the economy. He said that the new production line observed sustainability because of setting measures of cutting production costs by lowering electricity usage. The heat produced by the refrigerators and the production system would be recycled to boil water instead of using electricity. The process would reduce energy consumption by twenty percent, which was a significant improvement.

It’s no secret many businesses like to receive rewards. The Better Business Bureau has one that many company strive to get and hope they are picked. This particular award recognizes those organizations that have shown a considerable amount of excellence in its ethical practices over a period time. This honorable award is called the Torch Award. The selection process is serious when it looks over its nominations. The judges take their time from their panel to determine who is the winner.

Aloha Construction became their selection for 2017 and gave the proud recipient the honor. This was a good time for the company. They received high recognition for their marketplace ethics. The judges came to their decision because they felt Aloha Construction was a frequent contributor to the overall community. The Torch Award was created in 1996. Its purpose is to identify businesses that stick out when it comes to social responsibility, leadership, high standards on ethics and best practices. This also includes treatment of staff, customers and the community.

The success of Louis Chenevert is one that surprised everyone in the state. It led to the United Technologies Corporation (UTC) being named as the most profitable business in the USA. This was due to the wise decisions that Chenevert made for UTC. The legacy that he left in the company has led to many people reading about his mechanisms and applying them to their businesses. Even the current CEO of UTC finds it wise to apply some of his methods of operating a business to maintain the high standards of the company that Louis set.

Louis Chenevert says that among the factors that led to the success of the company is the fact that he chose the right team to complete his tasks. He says that no one can accomplish the goals of an organization without the support of a great team. He advises the young investors to invest in their team to see that they can diligently complete the tasks delegated to them.

As we grow, we get to experience many things, and we may feel there are better ways to handle the way we do our jobs. For Louis Chenevert, if he was to make any changes in the way he does his work, he could treat the internal politics of the firm differently. He further explains that there are two groups in the company; those aligned with the agendas of the company and the other group that is always against the agendas of a firm. Chenevert advises the young investors to ignore the latter group and move on with the focused group. He ends by saying that the naysayers always join in when the project is successful.

Louis Chenevert says that many factors led to his success as the CEO of UTC. He says it is hard to point out one of his attributes that facilitated this. However, he says that for one to be successful, they have to have relentless focus.

Louis Chenevert is currently pursuing his interests and spending time with his family. He is living a semi-retired life and working as a financial advisor at Goldman Sachs.

Robert Deignan career path to the start of ATS

In the career path of Robert Deignan started off when he was among one of the people that participated in the co-founding of Fanlink. The start of the company was not for long because after two years of offering their services it was closed. In 2012, he joined iS3 he was providing his services in the company as the executive vice president in the firm, in the company, he worked for nine years and later he left the company. The services that he offered the company was the start of the great things because of the experience that he gained. In the company that deals with proving their services to the people that need digital support that is called ATS Digital Services in each, he helped in co-founding.

After a while, the company changed the name, and it’s what is referred to as ATS Digital services now, and Robert Deignan is the CEO of the firm. Robert attended high school at Thomas Aquinas where he studied until he got accepted at the University of Purdue where he attained a degree in organizational leadership. He has worked so hard in getting the needed experiences in the professional and individual life that has helped in his growth. In 2011 that was when ATS was founded this is based in Boca, Raton Florida.

The company is wholly concerned with the products and services that they will offer the customers because they want them to be at the highest level. For the laptops or computer of the clients at ATS, they will ensure that they keep them stable and safe. Because of the services that Robert Deignan offers one of them being leadership that company has been able to deliver just those services.
