EOS: Not Your Grandma’s Lip Balm!September 11, 2017 - Author: steph
I remember back in the day when I was a little girl with winter-cracked, chapped lips, and my Grandma would give me that old-fashioned tube lip balm with a horrible medicinal smell and taste. Believe it or not, those same tubes haven’t changed much in several decades! You might even own some now…possibly at the bottom of your purse collecting grit and grime around the lid. Time to trade up, ladies. Here’s why you should not only consider EOS lip balm, but why it will be your favorite new way to pamper your lips. Grandma would be impressed, trust me!

For instant soothing of dry, chapped lips, EOS Cooling Chamomile lip balm is a life-saver. There is absolutely no nasty taste of medicine and it is so soft and silky as you apply it. Packed with essential oils and natural ingredients like Vitamin E, Shea Butter, and Cocoa Butter, this balm immediately stops the throbbing and the need to constantly lick my chapped lips. But when I do, it tastes amazing! Read more info here.
For a little glam, try my favorite tinted balm: EOS Shimmer Lip Balm in Coral. I chose this color because it’s almost the fall season. It is a warmer shade that goes great with my complexion. I have been using the Pink Shimmer all summer and it is also gorgeous. It also comes in Pearl Shimmer, which looks great on darker skin tones. You get the best of both worlds here with natural looking shimmery color and everything EOS is famous for: natural ingredients like jojaba oil and anti-oxidants. I grab the beautiful container (it looks like a little piece of art!) out of my pocket or purse and in a couple seconds my lips are kissable and pretty. I love how EOS has a pleasant, non-chemical taste and flavor. Fruity and sweet, but not overbearing.
And, if you didn’t know already, EOS never, ever tests on animals and is gluten-free! They never use paraben, petrolatum, or phthalate. The best part is the value for your money: Most of their lip balms are under five bucks. Have fun shopping for your EOS lip balm, but be aware: you will get addicted!
